Items purchased from the website are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
Items purchased in-store are eligible for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless the item is defective. In such cases, the item may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days.

Once the issue is reviewed, a return, refund, or partial refund may be processed at the discretion of the PEDDI customer service team.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt

Items must be in original packaging

Tags must be attached

Printed receipt must be included

Items must be unused and in resellable condition
Shipping & Duties

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items.

If custom duties or taxes are charged on the product, the customer is responsible for paying those charges, including in case of returns.

Returns on defective goods must be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
