Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

  • Shipping methods do not include processing time.

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 6–7 business days, but may take up to 10 business days.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

  • If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, contact us at:

SHIPPING CARRIERS

All India orders are shipped via:

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC or other if any

International orders may be shipped via:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL or other if any

Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery option.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect shipping address

  • incorrect phone number

  • absent receiver

  • refusal to accept the package

The package will be returned to PEDDI DESIGN HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED at the customer’s expense.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGED OR OPENED BOX

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please:

  1. Take photos of the damage

  2. Contact the courier immediately

  3. File a claim with the shipping carrier

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

PEDDI DESIGN HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED:

  • cannot ship to PO Boxes

  • cannot combine separate orders

  • cannot modify shipping addresses after order placement

  • cannot cancel or modify orders once placed

  • cannot price match or adjust prices after purchase

ABANDONED PACKAGE

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returned packages or exchanges.

PEDDI will hold returned packages for 20 days.

After 20 days, the package will be considered abandoned, and the right to exchange or refund will be forfeited.
